You probably remember Toya Wright’s initiative to fight obesity. She managed to gather more celebrities on her side for the Wight No More Movement to raise awareness of the dangers of overweight. Now, she’s telling fans what’s next via her social media account.

Staying fit is such a huge struggle for many people including myself. I struggle with staying consistent in the gym and eating healthy. Sometimes it takes working together as a group and setting fitness goals together to get it done. In 2019 we are going to push each other to do better. That’s what’s the WNM movement is all about. Another follower told Toya this: ‘Toya I agree with everything you said. And I’m down with it. I have a thyroid issue, and it is hard for me to keep my weight at one level . but I walk five days a week that there help me out a lot.’
