The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers tease that John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) could set a trap for fugitive Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown). Once Finn wakes up, he’ll no doubt be determined to stop the threat to his family.
It’s a good thing Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood), Hayes Forrester Finnegan (Piper Harriot) and Kelly Spencer (Sophia Paras McKinlay) are all in Europe right now.
The three of them will be safe once Sheila escapes from jail and is out running amok.
Sheila will discover Finn’s survival – perhaps through some clues Li Finnegan (Naomi Matsuda) offers in her upcoming jailhouse visit.
B&B spoilers say Sheila will make her getaway soon after and leave Deputy Chief Bradley Baker (Dan Martin) to spread terrible news.
Of course, Sheila definitely has weak spots that can be used against her.
Steffy was able to exploit Sheila’s desire to be in Hayes’ life with Taylor Hayes’ (Krista Allen) help.
Sheila let her guard down since she thought she’d actually have a chance to be a real grandmother to Hayes.
That led to Sheila’s arrest, so she’s proven she falls for traps that involve the family she craves.
However, Finn will awaken and should be determined to protect his own family – the one he’s built with Steffy.
There’s no way Finn can reclaim his happy life with Steffy, Hayes and Kelly unless Sheila’s threat is neutralized.
B&B may use that as a reason to keep Steffy and the kids in the dark on Finn’s survival, even after he wakes up.
Finn may think it’s safer if Steffy doesn’t know – that way, she won’t come running back home to put herself and the children in danger.
Instead, Finn may resolve to set a trap and take his mother down.
It’d be easy for Finn to contact Sheila and act like he’s forgiven her for the alley shooting.
Finn could work with the cops to lure Sheila somewhere so that she could be taken into custody.
After the ordeal Finn’s been through, he deserves this chance at justice.
Naturally, it’s possible the plan will go wrong and end with Sheila in a body bag instead of handcuffs!
It all depends on how the writers want to take the next chapter of the story.
Regardless, there’s no denying that Finn could be the perfect bait to draw Sheila out of hiding.
After Finn’s awake, he may insist on luring Sheila into another trap so that Steffy, Hayes and Kelly can come home.
