Just after Kanye West’s Twitter rant at Wiz Khalifa on Wednesday, Amber Rose entered the Twitter fray by tweeting some major shade at Kanye. The result was that Kanye deleted most of his tweets and stayed almost completely silent for about 36 hours. Until the wee hours of this morning, when he decided to correct the record:

He also tweeted: “I’m not into that kind of sh-t… I like pictures and videos. Me and my wife got the kind of love that can turn exes into best friends.” On every level, this is funny. I mean… is it really that big of a deal for a guy to acknowledge that he likes some play in that area? Was anyone surprised to learn that Kanye liked that, according to Amber? But no, Kanye had to deny it. So much for encouraging sex-positivity, Yeezus!
Meanwhile, Amber has a new interview with the Guys We F—ked Podcast, and she talked a lot about Wiz and Kanye, only she referred to Kanye mostly as “my ex.” Some highlights:
She never loved Kanye: “Real love? Was with my husband. My soon-to-be ex-husband. Absolutely, for sure. When you really find love, you just know. So you look back at your past relationships and go, ‘Eh, I didn’t love those fools.’ [Wiz] was the love of my life. He was the only man I’ve ever loved.”
No labels: “I believe you can love anybody. I believe you can fall in love with anybody. And I’m sexually attracted to different things. It’s just weird. I really like a guy that can make me laugh. I like a guy that’s an all-around sweetheart. I hate cheap men — cheap with flights or hotels. I like presents for no reason. They don’t have to be expensive — not all the time, anyway. On Wiz: “We obviously loved each other so much, and we still love each other. Even when we talk on the phone now it’s always like, ‘OK, babe, see you later. I love you.’ We just can’t be together. We aren’t good in a relationship.”
Being dissed by both Wiz & Kanye: “As for what my ex said before that, I could give two f–ks what he said before that. I wouldn’t shed a tear over that. So stupid. But with Khalifa, yeah, that hurt.”
I agree that cheap men are the worst. I also think she’s telling the truth about only really being in love with Wiz and not Kanye. When you feel that real love, the baby-making kind of love, you realize that you didn’t really love those previous fools. What’s weird is that I bet Kanye really and truly loved Amber, which is why he’s so obsessed with dissing her now.
